What we collect
- When you place an order: your name, email address, phone number and shipping address, plus the details of what you ordered. We need these to fulfil and deliver your order.
- If you join our mailing list: your email address.
- When you browse the site: anonymous, cookieless analytics — page views, device type and referrer. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies for this, and it can't be used to identify you.
How we use it
- Fulfilling your orders and getting them to your door.
- Sending order updates such as confirmation and tracking emails.
- Marketing emails, only if you've signed up to the mailing list or made a purchase. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
Who processes it
We use a small number of service providers to run the store. Each only receives what it needs to do its job:
- Stripe — payment processing. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
- Klaviyo — sending order and marketing emails.
- Supabase — storing order records.
- Shipping and fulfilment partners — your name and address only, so they can deliver your order.
When we run advertising, the Meta Pixel may be used on this site to measure how ads perform. You can limit ad tracking through your browser or device settings.
Your data, your call
We do not sell personal data. Ever.
You can ask us at any time to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email cloudzzzstores@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
