All prices on this site are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we confirm it by email. In rare cases we may cancel an order and refund you in full, for example if an item is out of stock or was listed at an incorrect price. If that happens, we'll let you know by email and the refund goes back to your original payment method.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only, not guarantees. See our Shipping & Returns policy for current estimates by destination and shipping costs.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled as set out in our Shipping & Returns policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees that apply to goods sold in Australia. Those rights apply in addition to our returns policy.
Promotional codes and discounts
- One promotional code per order.
- Promotional codes have no cash value and can't be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
- The Cloud Bundle discount applies automatically at checkout when all three bundle items are in your cart. No code needed.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited. Nothing in this section excludes or limits the consumer guarantees or any other rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
