Shipping

cloudzzz orders are dispatched from our international warehouse partners. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way. Every order is tracked.

These are estimates, not guarantees. The estimate for your order is shown at checkout. Carrier delays, customs processing and peak periods can add time.

Shipping costs

  • Standard Australian shipping is a flat $12.95.
  • Free standard shipping on Australian orders over $120.
  • Costs for New Zealand and international orders are calculated at checkout.

Separate parcels

If you order more than one item, they may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate parcels, sometimes days apart. You'll receive tracking for each parcel, and you're never charged extra for split shipments.

Returns

Our 30-day refund promise

Not happy with your order? We'll refund it — simple as that. Email cloudzzzstores@gmail.com any time within 30 days of delivery, tell us your order number and what wasn't right, and we'll sort out your refund. Every refund, return and question goes through that address, and a real person replies.

You must contact us before sending anything back. Returns posted without contacting us first can't be accepted or refunded — email us and we'll reply with the return address and instructions.

For change-of-mind returns the item needs to be unused and in its original packaging, and return shipping is paid by you — you cover the cost of posting the item back to us. Once the return arrives back with us, we refund the item to your original payment method.

Faulty, damaged or not as described

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what was described, email us with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including postage for faulty items. These rights apply in addition to our change-of-mind policy and are not limited by the 30-day window.

How to start a return

  1. Contact us first — email cloudzzzstores@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. For faulty or damaged items, attach a photo. Returns sent without contacting us first can't be accepted.
  2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't post anything back before hearing from us.
  3. Post the item back at your own cost — return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by you, and we recommend a tracked service (we can't refund returns that go missing in the post).
  4. Once the item arrives back with us, we process your refund to the original payment method and email you confirmation. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
